Charlotte Wilkinson is a Fractional CMO and Chief Brand Officer with twenty years of experience building and scaling distinctive, commercially driven brands across regulated and high-growth environments.

Today she works with founders and leadership teams at scaling businesses - helping them find clarity on their positioning, build momentum in their marketing, and connect creative decisions directly to commercial outcomes. Her current and recent fractional engagements span FMCG, health and wellness, proptech, greentech, food and beverage, fintech and digital consumer products - working hands-on across the full spectrum from strategic positioning and go-to-market architecture through to campaign execution, team building and performance analysis.

Charlotte brings the strategic rigour and executional depth of a senior operator without the overhead of a full-time hire. She works directly with founders and CEOs, moves quickly from diagnosis to execution, and is equally comfortable in zero-to-one environments and established businesses where the job is to accelerate what’s already there.

Her executive career was built at the intersection of brand, commercial strategy and creative leadership. As VP Brand, Marketing and Experience at a fast-scaling, FCA-regulated digital bank, she built the brand, marketing, digital customer experience and service design function, serving as an FCA-approved Senior Manager and Executive Committee member. Prior to that she served as Global Creative Director at a major international beauty retailer, leading a 40+ person studio across five geographic zones and directing a global brand repositioning that contributed to measurable revenue growth across every market.

She holds two Mini MBAs in Marketing and Business Management from Mark Ritson at Marketing Week, and has been recognised on the Women in Fintech Powerlist.
